All WMIs should be teaching only the
C1 - Decorating Basics,
C2 - Flowers and Cake Design,
C3 - Gum Paste and Fondant Classes and
C4 - Advanced Gum Paste.
Project classes can also be offered but should not take the place of the three classes above.
